What is the Social Orthodontists Network?
The ‘Social Orthodontists’ is a network of like-minded Orthodontic professionals who prescribe to the concept of Social Orthodontics which was founded by Anis Aneel Idress in 2014.
Anis, the original Social Orthodontist has created this term to be used by Orthodontic professionals who have the highest ethical and social standards, focused on making a change in their community rather than increasing capital. Positive change can be made by introducing patients to projects that will increase their social and human capital. Creating opportunities for people free of barriers and regardless of their social background, through masterclasses, internships and apprenticeships. These opportunities presented by the Social Orthodontist aim to boost the confidence, skills, and network of the community, enabling them to achieve what they had never thought possible. Anis Aneel Idress created the Social Orthodontist with giving back to the community as a founding principle.
